Cancelation Policy

Cancellation can be made 24 hours prior to the activity to receive full refund. Later cancellations will only be accepted on showing a valid medical report. Cancellation due to bad weather or rainfall is not accepted. We live on a tropical island, there is many different options to travel through wet weather, please prepare if necessary. Thunderstorms or heavy weather conditions will close the activity. All participants will be notified and offered a total refund or rebooking.
