Clark, Pampanga – 2025.

The Siargao Wakepark Team proudly represented the island at the 10th edition of the Cable Wakeboard Nationals, held at Decawake Clark Cable Park. For the first time since opening in 2018, Siargao Wakepark sent a full delegation of eight team riders, marking a milestone for the wakeboarding community of Siargao.
A Tradition of Representation
Since its founding in 2018, Siargao Wakepark has consistently sent riders to the Nationals.
In 2018 and 2019, Janjan Llana Mahinay, coach and operator from Dinagat Island, carried the Siargao flag.
In 2023 and 2024, Conie Boy C. Arandid, operator and coach from Tigasao, continued the tradition.
In 2025, the park reached new heights, with eight team members joining across multiple divisions.

Inspiration from the Nationals
The Nationals were once again led by Contest Director Carlo De La Torre, whose dedication inspires us to bring more riders and events to Siargao. With the right support from private and government partners, Siargao Wakepark is ready to host national and international competitions.
This is not new ground for us:
In 2019, we welcomed World Champion riders for the filming of the Sesitec 2.0 Team Video. Watch here
In 2024, we hosted a live-stream exhibition featuring elite riders from around the world. Watch here
Road to the Nationals Campaign
To continue this momentum, we are launching Road to the Nationals — a campaign to promote our riders and secure funding for training, transport, and accommodation for future competitions. Expect exciting events, raffles, and support packages coming soon.

This milestone would not have been possible without our supporters:

Michelle & Dakota Brinkert and Fiona Mateo
The Carby Family – for making this a true family trip and encouraging the kids to shine together.
